God's Financial System Operates by Biblical Principles

One of the greatest discoveries I have ever made was that the Bible is not merely a book of inspirational
stories; it is God's rulebook. Throughout Scripture, God established spiritual laws and principles that govern every area of life, including finances. Just as the law of sowing and reaping governs agriculture, God's financial principles govern increase, provision, preservation, and abundance.

For years, I misunderstood these principles. Like many sincere believers, I participated in the traditional religious practice of sowing "financial seeds," believing that if I gave enough money into religious settings, I would eventually receive an extraordinary financial breakthrough to eliminate my debts. Yet despite my sincerity, the results I hoped for never materialized.

Everything changed when I stopped viewing the Bible merely as a devotional book and began reading it as God's Rule Book. Then I discovered a principle repeated throughout Scripture that I had largely overlooked: God's extraordinary promises of financial provision are consistently connected to how we treat the poor.

"Through knowledge shall the just be delivered." (Proverbs 11:9)

Knowledge of God's principles changed my life.

Blessed Is the One Who Considers the Poor

Perhaps no passage summarizes God's heart toward the poor more beautifully than Psalm 41.

"Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth... The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing..." (Psalm 41:1-3)

Notice the promises attached to one biblical principle:

• Deliverance in trouble
• Divine preservation
• Long life
• Blessing upon the earth
• Strength in times of weakness

These are supernatural returns that God Himself promises to those who thoughtfully care for those in need.

Proverbs Repeatedly Connects Giving to Prosperity

The book of Proverbs reinforces this principle over and over again.

"He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again." (Proverbs 19:17)

Imagine that. Scripture says giving to the poor is literally making a loan to God, and God promises to repay it.

"There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth... The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself." (Proverbs 11:24-25)

Generosity, according to God's economy, does not diminish wealth. It becomes a pathway for increase.

"He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack..." (Proverbs 28:27)

Notice the clarity of this promise. Scripture does not say he might not lack. It simply states, "He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack."

"He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor." (Proverbs 14:31)

"Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard." (Proverbs 21:13)

These verses reveal that our treatment of the poor directly affects our relationship with God.

When You Give to the Poor, You Give to Christ

Jesus removed every doubt concerning how He views acts of compassion. In Matthew 25:31-40, Jesus describes the final judgment and repeatedly says:

"I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink... I was a stranger, and ye took me in." (Matthew 25:35)

The righteous ask, "Lord, when saw we thee...?" Jesus answers:

"Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." (Matthew 25:40)

This is one of Scripture's most remarkable teachings. Jesus identifies Himself with those in need. Every act of kindness toward the hungry, the poor, the sick, or the forgotten is viewed by Christ as an act done personally to Him. Giving to the poor is therefore not merely charity; it is an expression of love and obedience toward Christ Himself.

My Personal Testimony

When I finally understood these biblical principles, my entire approach to finances changed. I stopped chasing financial miracles through traditions that I believed would produce wealth simply because I had given what was called a "financial seed." Instead, I began asking a different question: "What are God's financial rules?"

As I consistently applied those rules, especially the repeated biblical instruction to care for the poor, I watched God transform my financial life. Today, I am completely debt-free. The life that I once prayed for gradually became my reality, not because I discovered a secret formula, but because I learned to live according to God's written principles.

Now my greatest desire is not merely to accumulate resources but to multiply them so they can be invested into the lives of people who can do absolutely nothing for me in return. That is the kind of giving Scripture repeatedly honors.

The Protocol That Governs Biblical Giving

The Apostle Paul summarizes God's principles of giving in 2 Corinthians 9:6-10. First, he establishes the law of sowing and reaping:

"He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully." (2 Corinthians 9:6)

Next, he explains the attitude that must accompany giving:

"Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver." (2 Corinthians 9:7)

Giving should never be manipulated, forced, or driven by guilt. It should flow willingly from a heart that trusts God. Paul then reveals God's promise:

"God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye... may abound to every good work." (2 Corinthians 9:8)

Finally, Paul connects God's blessing directly with generosity toward the poor, quoting Psalm 112:

"He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor; his righteousness remaineth for ever." (2 Corinthians 9:9)

He concludes:

"Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness." (2 Corinthians 9:10)

Notice God's order. He provides seed. The believer sows according to His principles. God then multiplies what has been sown. The increase is not merely for personal consumption but to continue producing righteousness through generosity.

Conclusion

Scripture consistently teaches that God's financial system is governed by principles rather than wishful thinking. From Psalm 41 to Proverbs, from the teachings of Jesus to the writings of Paul, one truth is repeated again and again: God has a special concern for the poor, and He attaches extraordinary promises to those who compassionately care for them.

This does not mean every gift made in every context is without value, nor does it eliminate other biblical expressions of generosity. Rather, it highlights a principle Scripture repeatedly emphasizes: caring for those in genuine need occupies a unique place in God's heart and carries promises stated plainly in His Word.

If we desire God's blessing, provision, and increase, we must build our lives upon the biblical rules He has already revealed. When we align ourselves with His principles, we position ourselves to experience His faithfulness, not because we have manipulated God, but because we have chosen to walk in obedience to His Word.

The Bible is not merely a book to be admired.
It is God's rulebook.
And when His rules are practiced, His promises are experienced.

A Word for Someone: Release to Receive

 Something beautiful, and very much unexpected, is about to unfold for someone reading this. The Lord
said to tell you: do not hold on to more than you need. Instead, share it, especially with those in a lower position than yourself. And this assistance cannot be reserved only for those who can one day return the favor. It must also reach those who have been unfair to you.

He said to tell you that, as unconventional as this instruction may sound, its spiritual weight is real. Obedience will produce more of what you are about to receive. Disobedience will leave you in a far worse place than you currently stand.

Your outcome will rest on a principle Scripture has already settled:

"There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself." (Proverbs 11:24-25)

This word is simply another confirmation of what the Lord has already been asking of you: release into the lives of others, so that He can channel increase back into yours.

God watches over His word to perform it, and He has promised that His word will not return to Him empty:

"So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." (Isaiah 55:11)

What He has spoken over you will come to pass. Your part is simply to obey, because Scripture is clear that obedience carries more weight than sacrifice ever could:

"Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice." (1 Samuel 15:22)

Exploitation of The True Gospel Of Jesus Christ

By devoting the time to read the Bible attentively and seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit, individuals can identify and reject the illogical and disrespectful behavior exhibited by certain church leaders within the Church.

In today's world, some churches have made it a norm to commercialize holy days, which is disheartening. They promote the sowing of various seeds, such as Pentecost seed, Firstfruit seed, Passover seed, Resurrection seed, and so on. Unfortunately, they neglect the essential values of forgiveness, repentance, and righteous living, which are crucial. Instead, they constantly push their followers to purchase miracle cloths, oils, and other items for prosperity and healing. It is frustrating to see these religious leaders exploit people's lack of scriptural knowledge and exploit their ignorance.

I understand that many church organizations need resources, particularly financial ones, to maintain their operations. However, I have noticed that specific religious programs on TV spend hours promoting gimmicks and urging people to sow financial seeds on special observance days for a supposed breakthrough. This seems like non-biblical foolishness. I wonder if others have also noticed this. If you need funds to buy a new church bus, add a new wing to your Church, or continue the soup kitchen sponsored by the Church, please feel free to ask. We are willing to help. You don't have to resort to lies, tricks, or gimmicks to get my money, Mr. Preacher. After all, isn't it God who brings about increase, not you?
I have often wondered if there is a connection between planting seeds and religious observance days. Surprisingly, neither the Old nor the New Testament mentions any instructions from God on the matter. Additionally, I have not encountered any scripture where Jesus advised his followers to sow a particular seed on Passover or any other holy day. While it is possible that Jesus may have forgotten, I have yet to find any indication from Moses, Joshua, David, or Solomon that they suggested planting a special seed on religious observance days. Therefore, I urge everyone to be cautious and not fall prey to deceitful people who may take advantage of holy observance days for their own selfish gain, causing you to end up with nothing and suffer from poverty.

My dear friends, I implore you to stop following the misguided ideas of those who prioritize wealth over all else. These individuals are leading you down a path that is not in line with the teachings of the Bible. By reading the scriptures, you will see that much of what they have been telling you is misleading. It is important to remember that those who follow false prophets will ultimately be judged by the scriptures. Let's see what the scriptures say about these folk's behavior.

"Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD" Jeremiah 17:5

"And if any man takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, out of the holy city, and from the things written in this book" Revelation 22:19.

"The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead" Proverbs 21:16.

"He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination" Proverbs 28:9

The law of giving!

I want to challenge the thinking of someone today, who is just sick and tired of being broke. In fact, you are so fed up, you do not want to hear from another preacher begging you for another penny or asking you to sow some love seed, first fruit seed, last fruit or whatever seed.

You are tired of your children asking for what you do not have; tired of not having gas to go from point A to point B; tired of not having enough food. In fact I hear someone saying, “It would not be as bad if I didn't have a family to take care of”.

Well my friend, today I want to provide you with the key out of your perplexing financial situation. Guess what? It does not require you giving to any religious institution.

The key to financial recovery is to give your way out of your current lacking position. Scripture says the following, “He that scatters (he that gives) will increase but he that do not give or holds on to more than he needs is guaranteed poverty.” Scripture goes on to say, “The liberal soul shall be made fat, and he that watereth shall be watered himself” (Proverbs 11:24-25).

The point I want to pound into your understanding today is simply this, stop saying you have nothing to give and stop reserving your giving only for religious institutions.

I promise you, every time you ask God for a financial release, breakthrough, miracle or whatever, the protocol to his answer will always be the above scripture, which I might add is his law. It is not by chance or accident that you have been praying for finances and all of a sudden someone in a far less position is asking you for something. It is your physical act of giving that activates the spiritual law of releasing. Does someone owe you monies and don't want to pay, then try giving. Are the courts or lending institutions holding funds for you, then begin giving if it is your desire to have those funds released.

That bum or beggar at the stop light, gas station ATM machine, is your ticket to your way out of your financial distress (simply by helping them, even though you need help yourself). The clothing and shoes that you have no more use for are all seeds to invest into someone else’s life to bring increase to you. If you refuse to activate the law of giving, then it suggests to me that you're comfortable in your broke state!

The lady at Zarephath who was sick and tired of being broke and was about to give up on life, did not realize that the small gesture of giving to Elijah the prophet (something in her possession that she thought meant nothing) would change her entire life. Her wealth, increase, abundance multiplication was wrapped up in her handful of meal and a little oil in a cruse. As small as it might be, once sown into someone else’s life, it activated the law for increase to pour into her life, (1 Kings 17:8-16).

The above scriptures provide the mystery of wealth and poverty. It clearly states if one gives he/she will increase and the liberal (free or giving) soul shall be made fat (wealthy). The scripture compounds the point by reiterating the fact that he that watereth (gives to or help others) will be watereth himself (someone must give to him).

I want to say to someone today who is sick and tired of being sick and tired, that all is not lost and there is tremendous hope. The hope is, you have something in your possession that you have been holding on to that so happens to be the root of your lack/poverty, meaning you are not releasing it. It could be money, clothing, love, unforgiveness, bottom line you must release in order to increase. I promise you, whatever you make happen for others God will make happen for you. This is a law.

Nothing is happening for you because you are not making it happen for others. Stop looking at what you do not have and begin giving what you do have, whatever that may be.

I know I am confirming some things with many of you today: to break loose of the bandages you have found yourself in, you must give your way out of your current circumstances.

“My people are perishing due to a lack of available knowledge”
