I'v Made The Decision To Do Things Different Today!

Thank you, Jesus, this is such a wonderful Morning. Friends, I just want to give some insight into this blessed morning. I mentioned earlier in my statement that this was a wonderful morning. Many of you would probably believe I said that because I might be feeling good this morning or grateful that God has extended me the gift of life again, which is all true and good. Yes, that is true, but it's about observing life from a different perspective.

This morning feels especially remarkable because I have decided it is a beautiful day regardless of what happens today. Friends, we need to understand that if we rely on our feelings to determine the quality of our days, we may miss out on incredible opportunities and joy. Our feelings can be deceiving and lead us astray.

I encourage you to ask God this morning to help you let go of all negative emotions that conflict with the beauty of this day that He has blessed us with. Seek His guidance in aligning your thoughts to appreciate and embrace this day, no matter what challenges you may be facing. The truth is that there will always be difficulties in life. So, when negative thoughts arise and try to dictate your mood, remind yourself to choose positivity instead.

Do something different today. Take a walk on the beach this morning and begin to pray silently as you walk. Thank God for helping you renew your mind and maintain soundness of thought. Instead of focusing on your problems, which He is already aware of, say to God, "Please grant me stability in my mind to focus on You." Remind Him of His Word, which says, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon Thee."

If you can't get to a beach, drive somewhere you have never been. While driving, set aside your issues for a moment. Begin praying, either internally or aloud, for others who may be going through similar challenges. Pray intensely for these people as you would pray for yourself, asking God to provide solutions. Yes, I know this sounds crazy, but indulge me for a moment.

If you face marital or financial challenges, I encourage you to ask God to heal someone else's marriage or finances. Perhaps you are unemployed as well. This morning, I strongly urge you to talk to God and pour out your heart to Him. Make a concentrated effort to pray for someone in a similar situation. I cannot emphasize enough that you must be determined to change to see change! Remember, what you sow, you will definitely reap. What you make happen for others, God will surely make it happen for you.

As you prepare for work or whatever you have planned for this morning, make a firm decision to expect an encounter with God via your commitment to pray for others. Even if those around you maintain their usual ways, determine that YOU WILL BE DIFFERENT, starting with changing your thought process by being selfless instead of selfish.

Let the following statements be your mental blueprint of your expectations. I AM DIFFERENT. I AM A WINNER, AND THE SOLUTIONS TO MY PROBLEMS ARE QUICKLY APPROACHING ME. I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH. MY SITUATION IS NOT AS BIG AS IT SEEMS. NOT ONLY WILL I OVERCOME, BUT IN MY OVERCOMING, I WILL LEARN HOW TO INSTRUCT OTHERS ON HOW TO OVERCOME, IN JESUS' MIGHTY NAME.……………. You have a blessed day.

Thank you, Father, for those who have chosen to receive your inspired words of encouragement this morning. I pray that today, the spirits of negativity, selfishness, pride, arrogance, and any other negative influences causing these readers to neglect you will be removed permanently in Jesus' name. I also pray for a renewed mind filled with positive thoughts that lead to a positive outlook on life despite the negativity around them. Your Word teaches us to give thanks in all circumstances. Therefore, I thank you for restoring marriages, improving financial situations, and overcoming any challenges they may face. Most importantly, I pray that those reading this believe your Word and stand on the business of scripture as you manifest your promises in their lives, in the name of Jesus Christ!

Why is it so hard to read the bible?

All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 2Timothy 3:16.

What an awesome passage of scripture, it has become so difficult for me just to accept the surface of any scripture. It isn't that I don't believe what it says but Scripture being God himself, I am always compelled to think that there is so much more that is being said under the surface of what ever scripture that I may be reading at that particular time. Secondly, scripture is always addressing the spirit of man. Just as food meets the nutritional needs of the human body, likewise the word of God meets the spiritual, nutritional needs of the human spirit.

With that being said, the scripture mentioned above begins by telling us that all, not some, scriptures are given by inspiration of God.  Based on that statement I have to believe that whatever Scripture that pops up in my head or whatever scripture that is repeated into my hearing or understanding IS NEVER EVER BY ACCIDENT OR CHANCE. In fact, the above scripture says that God is the one that has inspired it. What is an inspiration? Well the word inspiration comes from the word inspire. To inspire means to influence or to produce or arouse a feeling or thought. Therefore inspiration from a theological understanding is a divine influence directly and immediately exerted upon the mind or soul of someone.

Now, does God provide inspiration to all men or just Christians? The truth is whether you're a Christian or not reading this article right now, you are in fact being inspired by God. The Manuel of life which is the inspired word of God (The bible) which is also filled with life's solutions, but for some strange reason there is this invisible force that keeps us away from this book but promotes our interest for any other book.  Make up within your mind right now, that when you leave work today or wherever you are, you’ll make it your business that when you arrive at home you will devote at least thirty minutes to reading the bible. I can assure you that someone you haven't seen in a long time will visit you, television will distract you, your kids or spouse will prevent you or tiredness will overtake you. What about this one, do you have difficulty sleeping? Then pick up your bible and observe how sleepy you become. Believe me when I say to you no other book has this effect on the human mind and body.

You have to ask yourself, why is it that a book that only has good in it for me just so happens to be the most difficult book in the world to read, and even when afforded the opportunity to read it, it now becomes the most difficult book to understand?.  Someone reading this article right now have experienced the lost of a love one and feel the need to get closer with God through the bible, you’ve said to yourself during the funeral and perhaps even after the funeral, “ I must find time for God before it’s too late” but again finding the time to read or study has become one of the most grueling task ever, why? Well it’s all because there is a real Devil fighting you! And if you don’t believe me then makeup your mind to accomplish any other task after work today and observe how hassle free it becomes when compared to reading the bible.

There is no new revelation here! The Apostle Paul said to the Church of Rome, that he was always challenged with the desire to do good but for the most part would end up doing opposite to the good that he desired or set out to do. However through the inspired revelation of God, Paul discovered that he was apart of a law or principle when he decided to do good. “I find then a law, that when I would do good, evil is present with me, for I delight in the law of God (bible) after the inward man ( his spirit) but I see another law in my members (physical being), warring (fighting) against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members” Romans 7:21-23.

So, as you can see there are forces beyond your physical understanding that are and will do everything within their power to prevent us from being inspired to do God’s will via his Manuel, which is his word. My advice to you my dear readers, now that you have been made aware that there is an opposition against our efforts to read and study the word, ask God to assist you with his Angelic host and his spirit to overcome the distractions of your mind. Also ask God to eradicate your mind of foolish thoughts that will interrupt your thinking process as you read his word and finally ask him to give you the spiritual strength to make your reading habit forming and life changing.

Heavenly Father, thank you for your peace that passes all understanding, secondly, thank you for opening the spiritual eyes of your people and inspiring them with your word that can not return unto you unaccomplished. It is my prayer Father that every opposing spirit of your word that has been successful in disabling your people from reading your word be rendered powerless in the name of Jesus Christ!  I decree and declare over every reader of this article might, power, determination, consistency and an insatiable desire to know more of you via your word without delay, hindrances or procrastination in the matchless name of   Jesus Christ. Amen!

Vision!

VISION: an experience in which a person, thing, or event appears vividly or credibly to the mind, although not actually present. Simply put, seeing things mentally before they are manifested physically.

Wow! What an awesome understanding of the word vision. King Solomon, the world’s wisest man that ever existed said the following as it relates to the importance of vision, “Where there is no VISION the people perish, Proverbs 29:18.

If I had to use one word to define Christianity that word would be VISION. You see, based on the understanding of the word vision it causes one to see or imagine things in existence mentally prior to its physical manifestation. Everything that exists on this earth, its blue print was etched in the minds of its creator or inventor prior to its existence. Well my friend this is what makes Christianity seperate and apart from any other religion, and that is, living now mentally what you anticipate to experience the reality of later.

Well, in terms of our Christian faith we are told to call things that are not presently manifested into existing as if they are in existence already. Now, to the natural mind this sounds completely foolish. However this is what the Christian faith is all about. The Apostle Paul told the church or Corinth in his letter to them, “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness to him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned, 1 Corinthians 2:14. So vision for the believer is entirely spiritual, at the same time equates to absolute foolishness to the non-believer.

The believer must always see himself succeeding, prospering, being healed of his infirmities, living in abundance, happy and enjoying life etc, even though “reality” would falsely dictate it is not so. Nevertheless so called “reality” isn’t reality if GOD SAYS IT’S SO! The truth is, this is how his creator sees him! In fact this is his creator’s VISION of him. In my humble opinion, God is the greatest motivator, he says to us in our present disliked, disadvantage position we’re the head and not the tail, we’re above only and not beneath, we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, we are more than conquerors, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, we must give no thought for tomorrow because he has addressed tomorrow already. Our bible IS A BOOK OF GOD HIMSELF TELLING THOSE THAT WILL BELIEVE WHO THEY REALLY ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE ENTITLE TO IN SPITE OF BEING IN A TEMPORAL DISADVANTAGE POSITION!

Words of Wisdom Group make no mistake you receiving from God is heavily dependent on your vision in terms of your expectation of God, because his vision of you is abundantly and unequivocally clear. As proof of this scripture tells us, “According to our faith (vision) be it unto us” Matthew 9:29. Suggesting, whatever vision we have of ourselves and our belief in that vision, we will be a participant of that vision one day.

My advice; create a vision in your mind with things that are positive and how you desire to see yourself in the future, begin to see yourself being debt free, owning your own home, putting your kids through college, living a stress free life, doing what God has called you to do, advancing yourself through education. As a reminder God said that we can do all things through him because he’s the one strengthening us to achieve our vision.

Secondly, start behaving as if it has happened to you already. When leaving work today behave as if you are going home to your own home that is fully paid off even though so call “reality” dictates that you’re still renting. When you look in your cupboards imagine it’s full to capacity but more importantly begin thanking God for what isn’t present as yet physically. Thank him for that debt free home; thank him for college tuition being paid in advance. Act as if that previous bad relationship was just a stepping stone for the vision of what you truly desire to have, and thank him for a body that has been healed. BEHAVE AS IF IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED. LET YOUR CONVERSATIONS AND ACTIONS FROM THIS MOMENT FORWARD BE POSITIVE AS IT RELATES TO WHAT YOUR VISION AND EXPECTATION FROM GOD IS.

It is up to you my friend, life and death is in the power of YOUR TONGUE! Couple with that, Jesus said, “According to your faith (vision) be it unto you. I hope this has encouraged you, and even though I am the one writing this under the influence of the Holy Spirit I am presently being encouraged as well, as I type this simple reminder from the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is presently echoing in my spirit right now, “If you delight yourself in me I will give you the desires of your heart, Psalms 37:4

“WHATSOEVER THINGS YOU DESIRE WHEN YOU PRAY BELIEVE THAT YOU’VE RECEIVE IT AND YOU SHALL HAVE IT” Mark 11:24.

Intimidation!

Intimidation is almost always as a result of someone trying to gain control over someone or something that they never had control over before. Therefore intimidation acts as a disguise to strike fear in its victim to ultimately gain control and cause its victim to become subject to them.

Our bible tells us candidly that Satan is "like" a roaring Lion, seeking whom he may devour. One has to ask the question if Satan is the ultimate evil and adversary opposing the Almighty, then why is he about "acting" like a roaring lion and not equal to or greater than a lion in his behavior?

This scripture clearly exposes the limited power this so frequently talked about creature has. Christians, if Satan has to act or behave " like" a roaring lion towards us, then this spells three things for us and they are: A) his power is limited as it relates to the Christian B) he has no control over us, but attempts to gain that control via intimidation and C) he is subject to us because he has to deceive us via intimidation in order to rule over us.

My dear readers it is my job to challenge jump start, inspire and motivate the believer in the process of the renewing of their mind. So, whomever or whatever has been or is presently trying to intimidate you, know for sure that they are agents of the enemy and they are more afraid of you than you are of them. Jesus put it this way, “They are of their father the Devil”, pretending to be what they’re not, again all in an effort to gain ground they never had before.

As a matter of fact based on the understanding of the word intimidation it provides a clear cut view of the one who is really intimidated here. As a reminder our bible clearly tells us that God did not give us a spirit of fear (note: fear is a spirit). So if God isn’t providing this spirit of fear, then it is clear Satan is, seeing that these are the only two primary opposing forces. Instead the bible says God has provided us with power, love and a sound mind, 2Timothy 1:7. Now, is it not obvious why Satan is using the tool of intimidation? Well, mainly to control, or deprive us of our power, love and soundness of mind. Which clearly suggest that if he’s attempting to control or deprive us of it, then he has no present control in these areas that he’s challenging us in.

So, if your are overwhelmed by intimidation due to a doctor’s visit or a Doctor’s report, your kids possibly contracting HIV, some misunderstanding on the job, not being able to pay your bills and the like. This is the work of Satan creeping into your life to saturate your mind with negative thoughts and ultimately make you a slave to fear. Take this opportunity right now and say, SATAN, YOU AND YOUR DEMONIC FORCES I REJECT EVERY IDEA, THOUGHT AND IMIGNATION YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO INJECT INTO MY MIND IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!
Speak to the power of darkness as if you actually see them before you, let them know that you are the one God has given power to trample over evil forces and every work of the Enemy. Let them know that greater is God who resides in you than Satan that is roaming this world.

Lastly, make no mistake these evil spirits are desperate to gain control over our will, please! Bind the spirit of intimidation and not the person. The person is just an agent who has made themselves available to the will of the enemy. As a reminder our fight is not against what is visible but those things that are invisible constantly warring against the spirit of our minds.

Heavenly Father It is my prayer that your spirits of love, power and soundness of mind aggressively rise up in every reader of this article and violently crush the head of every spirit of intimidation, fear, worry, depression, frustration and fatigue that has imprison your people. Now Father, I apply your law that says death and life is in the power of the tongue and I speak peace and clarity in their minds right now in the matchless name of your son Jesus Christ. Amen!

Effective Prayers.

Our prayer's quality depends on how much of God’s word is inclusive in our prayer. We are commanded to always pray, Luke 18:1. Why! Because spiritual battles are consistent and never-ending, we believe that if things are good, the invisible war (spiritual war) is done. No, my friend, this thinking can be deadly and, at best misleading.

Our weapons become even more powerful when we pray the scriptures. Scripture says, "The word of God is quicker, powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing and dividing asunder of soul and spirit and of the joints and marrow and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart" Heb. 4:12.  Now you tell me what earthly weapon can do such a thing?

Usually, when I pray, I imagine while I am praying the word as a sword being wield and inflicting damage in the world that we cannot see but very much exist. No wonder why God said to remind him of his word. Not that he had forgotten his word, but that we must use it to cause more damage in the spirit world. So even though we’re praying words, those words become weapons.

Let us look at another scripture, James 5:13-15. Isn’t it interesting when James said that if any of you are afflicted, let him pray James 5:13? However, in James 5:15, he not only speaks of prayer but the prayer of FAITH!

As a reminder, God said that it is impossible to please him without faith, Hebrews 11:6, so clearly faith is necessary as it relates to our prayers, but what is faith? Well, guess what? Faith is God’s word. Scripture tells us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God, Romans 10:17. So if faith comes by hearing and what one is hearing must be the word of God, then it is clear that faith is the word of God.

I beg you on this beautiful morning, read the scriptures frequently so that you would have no problem retrieving the word when it is time to pray. I have found it to be most effective. In praying the word, you are literally coming in agreement with God's word, and according to scripture (Hebrews. 11:6), this is what pleases him.

Words of wisdom: What do you see?Because It will determine what you do.

If perception ultimately determine our actions, then we must manage or control what we are perceiving in our environments in order to produce the action we desire. Scripture tell us, "As we think in our hearts it is those thoughts that we become" Proverbs 23:7. The outcome of our day is not dependent on people, events or things but on the sole concept as to how we perceive these things that will ultimately determine our response to them.

Words of wisdom by: Minister Kevin L A Ewing

We Are Not Grasshopper In Their Sight!

am a firm believer that our perception of anything will determine our actions towards it. Perception in its condensed form is the mental images, ideas, and thoughts that we produce when calculating or forming an opinion, judgment, or conclusion about someone or something.

Unfortunately, our perceptions are seldom based on facts but, for the most part, whatever we perceive. Our positive and negative actions will always be rooted in our perception of what we respond to.

Scripture records that ten of the twelve spies that went to spy out the land of Canaan reported to the children of Israel upon their return, saying, "We were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight," Numbers13:33.

This is a powerful scripture because its essence suggests that how we perceive ourselves is how we assume others view us. Also, we behave according to how we see ourselves in the sight of others.   Amazingly, others will treat us according to our perception of ourselves that is evident in our behavior.

There is someone on your job, in your family, in your network of friends whom you believe is more competent than you, more confident than you, or friendlier. Wait a minute, these are your thoughts, ideas, and images that you've manufactured, of yourself and by extension, you're behaving according to what you are thinking. (so a man thinks so is he Prov. 23:7) and now you are subliminally placing a demand on them to treat you according to your behavior, which all began based on your own conjured mental images and thoughts.

My words of wisdom to you on this beautiful morning are to believe the report of the Lord. That report states that he has made you a little lower than the Angels but has crowned you with glory and honor and has made you have dominion over the works of his hands, and has placed all things under your feet, Psalm 8:5-6.

Now, proceed to the nearest mirror you can find, take another look at yourself, and begin to form images of a confident, beautiful, intelligent, kind, and awesome person in your mind. Secondly, grab hold of your bible and seek every scripture that speaks to your person, such as you are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14. Meditate on what God has said about you repeat into your understanding until you literally see the images of a new person in your mind. Scripture reminds us that if we meditate upon the word day and night, we shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water. Make no mistake, your life is the sum total of how you view yourself.

Heavenly Father, I appreciate that there is no other God besides you. This morning, I pray that you inspire your people to put aside the condescending mindset of themselves. Father, purpose in the hearts of those reading this article. To think of themselves according to what you've said in your word of them, in the name of your son Jesus Christ. Amen!
